A summary of December 2006

One of the busiest time of of the past year...

The above remark is totally reflected from the quantity of entries on this blog: none. I am generally a lazy person, and to work this hard was not not at all to my great willingness. Exams from university and activities kept me very busy - on top of all these, I was preparing for a paper to be presented in Photonics West San Jose, U.S.

Nothing to be particularly proud, but coming to think back all the countless nights of going home late, many times of sorry said to my boyfriend that I could not spend the time with him, and lots of fun time missed to be with my friends; it all seems worthwhile - that the paper was finally finished and submitted.

"It is worthwhile" A sentence from a tapestry in Creston College where I lived in Sydney. I always liked the sentense and it seems now true to my heart. With the conference coming up in Jan 07, which is going to be my first trip to the U.S - I feel very happy.

Well, that's it for Dec 2006, a boring period of time but is certainly worthwhile.
